I have been billed for the part two months on my credit card for the amount of $6.62 and have made no purchases from Hammacher Schlemmer. Please give this your attention and remove me from any future billings immediately.

Credit card company has reopened the investigation.
I ordered a Christmas tree in October during their sale. The tree arrived in two boxes.
I opened the boxes in December prior to Christmas. Both boxes have the same top sections, parts A and B. No bottom part. I contacted Hammacher Schlemmer.
Their response was, 'We are not responsible as we did not own the company in October.' I contacted my credit card company. They filed a dispute with H.S. My dispute was denied by H.S. as per the reason stated above.
Out $705.91.

Lack of integrity

The 'new and different' Hammacher Schlemmer will not honor their gift cards as of 11/2025. So, if you have one, they will not redeem it.
Sure is lacking the honesty and integrity of our beloved Hammacher Schlemmer; of course, I will never buy from them again. Already burned for $250.
