When gloves were delivered the package was torn and taped shut by usps amf gloves were not in pfg i immediately called no customer service and nothing B has been done

I simply cannot express my frustration with this Company.In days gone past it was exemplary.I simply want them to send my radio backI am willing to pay for that.
It was sentUPS on February 5 I have the receipt and tracking number.
Since then it has been a Nightmare of frustration and anxiety.
It is a simple request Send my radio back to me.It is virtually new I bought it last April 2024.I simply made an honest mistake and sent it to the wrong company.
I am going to be 88 years on June 11 .I would appreciate having my radio back ASAP PLEASE

Star will not go in the back slot. Cannot use the clock without the back stand very disappointing.
I called for help and the only Health that they could give me was to email tech@***.com and they said it would be approximately two days before they got back to me.
I wanted to know if they could FaceTime me and just show me quickly how to use it and she said no. Cannot use the clock without the back stand.

Atrocious customer service. Beyond frustrating.
Would not do an even exchange given a size issue. Instead, I had to do a return and purchase a new item.
In the meantime, they held on to my $$ for a month and a half.
Countless calls. Abysmal service.

I can not talk to a human being who will explain where my gift to my sister went! You ruined my Christmas! Then to add salt to my wound, the table I NEVER received is billed on my credit card!
Take it off of my bill please! I will not pay for anything that I never received, never was explained what happened and ruined my Christmas.

Product was shipped in two packages. Said 2nd package would be shipped on 10/10 when I called never shipped.
On 10/14 said shipping on 10/16. On 10/16 said shipping on 10/17. On 10/17 said shipping on 10/18. There was never a supervisor there to talk to and they rudly hang up on you.
No emails to confirm shipping when I ask for one on the 18th they said it was sent at 1:20pm funny it came thru at 4:08 pm while talking with them. They give you a runaround all the time and oh yeah they take your money on order date and do not refund even though they haven't even shipped the product.
Really a bad company to deal with. So small claims here we come.

I was on hold for a lengthy time to talk with a representative in the refunds/returns department. I finally was asked by the recording that I could get a call back from someone within 24 hours.
I left my name, number, and why I was calling. I waited two days and no phone call. I then called back - was held on the line for 45 minutes and finally spoke to a representative who said they would email me a return label to use for the ice makers return . I was told that I needed my original order number and I don't have it to complete your return form.
This is the second time I have returned this type of ice maker. The first time I returned it was for a non-working motor. This time I am returning it is because the water pump does not work.
I asked for my order number as I know you would have it through the chat line and was referred to another representative who never came on the chat line after II waited about 30 minutes. I have bought from your company for years but this was a hassle trying to get someone to help me.I just need the order number and shipping label to do my part of the return.

I placed an order online and never received an email acknowledging my order, however the amount has been deducted from my account. I have tried on several occasions to contact HS by phone and via email but to no avail.
They put you on hold no matter what time you call. I am amount to cancel this order unless I hear from them shortly.

I worked for this company over nine years. The whole time I was employed they told us we are owners.
We have an esop-employee stock ownership program. I retired last year. The company had been doing great. Well this year they informed me my esop (I was fully vested) had went from over thousands of dollars to $144.00.
And there is taxes to be taken from this amount. They had to pay their electric bills. They needed money. So they took my esop.
I was getting ready to start collecting my money. They pay you so much a month. I could really use the money. I am on a fixed income now and with declining health.
I am being forced out as I dont have over $5,000 in the account now. I had more than that. Now I am left with pennies. I worked very hard for these people to have them do this to me.
I am sad & very disheartened. Shame on Hammacher Schlemmer. Stealing money from people that put trust in you as an employer.
They truly do not care about their employees. If they dont care about us do you think they care about their customers?
