But they took out a percentage of total. I believe the threat of BBB and credit card company made them finally acknowledge us after monthsof returning the product.

Bought Floatable 360 Degree Stereo Sound Speaker

turned on for 5minutes and then stopped. Also how do you change channels? Needs better instructions. I am sending back for a new one. Please advise how it works Thank you

Poor customer service

Buyer beware regarding their reward rebate program. I have had nothing but trouble with them and I dont really believe that they are being honest.I feel like Ive been scammed and told mistruths. Based on my experience with these people I do not intend to ever do business with this company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. We did finally receive a partial refund on February 18, HOWEVER they subtracted $25.68 from our purchase price for the cost of RETURN SHIPPING ON AN ITEM WE NEVER ORDERED!

TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!.

Handling of return of product which did not come up to standards advertised. Poor handling of return/overcharged for shipping with no refund for shipping

I ordered a pair of adjustable sheepskin slippers for $84 as a Christmas gift for my husband. Total cost w/shipping &;;;;; taxes was $103. He has a wide foot. These adjustable slippers were so narrow on the footbed thats his sole overflowed and the adjustable flap would not even close. I ordered the only size that came close, a large/size 10. I sent them back the first week in January. It is now February the 10th. Ive made numerous calls to the customer service trying to get refund. I sent them back in perfect condition. Still no refund, and they refuse to refund shipping or taxes. Isnt that illegal?? They claim they have processed my refund but I have yet to see it. Will never order from them again.

Cruelty to Animals - Boar Bristle Brush

Securing the Bristles from a Boar, which are small wild animals, requires Killing and Skinning the Boar to obtain its Bristles, its defense "hairs" on its back from predators. It is a cruel and ruthless process, done in India, China and elsewhere. Please DO NOT SUPPORT "CRUELTY TO ANIMALS", KILLING A SMALL WILD BOAR, SOLELY FOR ITS "OWN HAIR", A PROTECTION, TO MAKE THE "ALL NATURAL BOAR BRISTLE BRUSH" sold by Hammacher Schlemmer. Checking on non-delivered items

I am a regular customer who spends several thousand dollars a year will your company and overall I have been most satisfied. Last year was the first time I got broken items, orders with major parts missing and orders that never came. This year I have two items that took over a month, two items that still have not come and one item that I was told yesterday would arrive in April. The latter item is also a Christmas present. Very frustrating.

Poor experience with customer service

We ordered a gift and was given a ship date. The date came and went with no notification that it would be delayed. I tried numerous times to reach the company by phone but being put on hold for over 30 minutes no one would answer. Their website does not deal at all with order cancellations so the only way to reach them is via phone again, with no one answering the phone.

User's recommendation: get better with taking phone calls and add a button on your website to deal with order cancellations.

Paid for an Item and it was not delivered to correct address; Hammacher refuses to refund the purchase price!

$299.00 item was marked as delivered. emailed customer service 4 times and each time I have received a different answer. Have tried to call numerous times and they put me on hold for long periods of time and I get discouraged and hang up after elapsed time of 30 plus minutes. They have my Money and I don't have the item. This is Fraudulent.DO Not

Awful. They deposited a package with some sort of bargain rate Fedex on Oct. 19th and it still is not delivered. All I get is a complete run around and lies from Fedex.

I ordered a train for my grandson's birthday. It was shipped on October 19 to go to Virginia. I checked last Friday and the Fedex tracking said it would be delivered Friday October 23rd. Then the tracking removed the date late that day. On Monday Fedex said the package was placed with another shipper but would be delivered no later than today. It has not arrived. I called Fedex and they were useless.

I think you people have a lot of nerve sending your catalog to people who have not requested it. Never heard of you and obviously never purchased from you. Just remove me from your mailing list and do not email me again or I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
